Withdraws

In the event of a student’s voluntary withdrawal or involuntary dismissal from Gracepointe, the final payment due will be pro-rated to the day of withdrawal. Any overdue accounts must be paid in full in order to release student’s records, PACEs, or report cards

Refund Policy

It is the school’s policy not to refund registration and student PACE fees. If after evaluation testing the student is not accepted for admission to the school, then the fees will be refunded.

Re-Enrollment

During the month of March, enrollment is opened for the next school year. Present students are not automatically re-enrolled for the next year but are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. It may be necessary to close enrollment when school is filled to capacity. Parents are encouraged to complete re-enrollment registration as soon as possible to ensure their child’s place for the next school year.

Admissions Standards

Gracepointe Academy is a ministry of Gracepointe Church, and therefore upholds its doctrinal position, philosophy, and practice. Because of our doctrine, philosophy, and practice, Gracepointe is selective in its admission policy. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any prospective student or to suspend or expel any student who violates the guidelines set forth in the handbook. Acceptance into Gracepointe will be decided after a review of the prospective student’s application and Parent/Student Interview. New and transferring students will be required to take a diagnostic placement examination as part of their admission process to help determine their placement in the ACE curriculum. Admission and grade placement are at the sole discretion of the administration. All prospective students and parents not attending Gracepointe will be required to meet with the principal before a decision on admission will be rendered. All prospective kindergarten students must be five years old by September 1 for enrollment in kindergarten

Tuition Plans

Our desire is to make tuition plans convenient for your family. If you decide to take advantage of the 10 month payment plan, your annual tuition will be divided into 10 equal payments. The first payment will be due on August 1st with each subsequent payment due on the tenth of each month, the last payment due on May 10th. You will receive a monthly statement to send in with your tuition payment each month. A late charge of $15.00 may be added to all past due accounts after the 15th each month. It is the responsibility of the parents to contact the school to make proper arrangements if a financial hardship arises. Tuition and fees are reviewed and established annually. Rates are established in accordance with school operating costs and will vary when it is deemed necessary.
